These terms explain the limits of the calculator and our guides. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and with these limits in mind.

My Birth Symbols offers calendar lookups, reference facts, history, cultural traditions and symbolic or astrological meanings. These meanings are not science and do not reliably predict anyone's health, character, relationships or future.
Crystal and gemstone traditions are not medical advice, and no stone can diagnose, prevent or treat a health condition. For medical, legal, financial or other expert advice, ask a qualified professional.
Accuracy
We try to keep dates and Chinese New Year boundaries accurate. The Chinese zodiac calculator only covers the years in its data and is not a full astronomical or birth-chart calculation.
Birth flower and birthstone lists differ between publishers, countries and time periods, and zodiac dates can differ at the edges. We explain important differences where we can, but traditions do not always agree.
Sharing and downloads
You decide whether to copy, share or download a result. A full-profile link shows its details to anyone who gets it, so check the sharing mode before you send a link or image.
You may share result cards for personal, non-commercial use. Do not change a result to misrepresent what the site calculated, or suggest that My Birth Symbols endorses a person, product, service or claim.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Interfere with how the site works, its security or its availability.
- Send automated requests fast enough to disrupt the site for others.
- Present our symbolic meanings as medical or scientific evidence.
- Copy our design or writing in a way that falsely claims ownership or a connection with us.
No guarantees
The site is provided as it is. Features, sources and content may change. We do not promise the site will always be available or that pages will stay the same.
To the extent the law allows, you are responsible for decisions you make based on the site. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have by law.

We do not have a public contact channel yet. The corrections page explains how we review corrections and will list the channel when it is ready. Our privacy notice explains how we handle data.
